Meet our Teachers
Clare Larkin :: RYT200 Yoga Teacher
Clare Larkin came to yoga during her final year of her degree to relieved stress. Her interest in Yoga grew leading her to complete her first 200 hrs RYT teacher training in Dublin with the YTTC. In 2009 Clare went to thialand to complete her 200 hr RYT with the Absolute hot yoga training school to deepen her practise and improve her teaching skills. Clare became very interested in yoga for womens health while pregnant with her first child, and is currently training in the Elbow room to get her certifiacation in pre and post natal yoga.
Clare believes in teaching strong, safe classes, she has a playful nature and always bring this to every class she teaches.
Paul Groome :: RYT200 Yoga Teacher
Paul Groome began his teacher training in the YTTC in Dublin in Hatha yoga before continuing further study in yoga at Absolute Hot Yoga where the teaching moved further into Ashtanga. Pauls classes range in strength from beginners to advanced. He believes in developing a strong practice while being mindful and accepting of your own strength and ability.
Paul is continuing with further training in Ashtanga yoga and progressing towards completing his 500 hour certifcation.
Dee Dunne :: RYT500 Yoga Teacher
Dee Dunne started practising Bikram yoga ten years ago, she feel in love with the practise and has never looked back. Dee completed her 200 hrs teacher training in the Absolute sequence last year and is has just complete her 500 advance teacher training in Vinyasa flow.
Dee is a strong teacher but gentle by nature which is a great combination in her classes always chalenging her studnent by gently leading them through the postures. Dee will be teaching the absolute seqeunce senquence and the Yin classes.
vISITING tEACHERS
At 360 hot yoga we have a network of teachers from around the world, from Thailand right through to san fransisco. We will be having these teachers come along and run work shops monthly so that you get to Practise with a wide range of teachers, as every new teacher you go to you will learn some thing new.
